Nvoga & Aedas Homes at SIMED property exhibition in Málaga

One of the great pleasures of promoting fabulous new developments is the chance to speak to people about the wonderful new properties we are involved with.

This year we have been lucky enough to go on exhibitions in Belgium and Stockholm, taking our new developments to sophisticated property markets that are keen to experience our contemporary, stylish homes.

This month, however, we were closer to home presenting the new projects together with Aedas Homes at SIMED in the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos in Málaga. Aedas Homes is a very well respected developer, recently floated on the Spanish stock exchange, with whom we are delighted to be collaborating to promote their first projects on the Costa del Sol.

We were particularly pleased to welcome the Mayor of Málaga, Francisco de la Torre, to our stand who showed great interest in our developments while talking with Sra. Silvia Sánchez, the managing director of Aedas Homes, Málaga Division.

Of particular interest were our two major promotions Vanian Green Village and South Bay. Vanian Green Village is a wonderful new boutique project of 72 modern apartments and penthouses set amidst stunning landscaped gardens and ideally located only ten minutes to Estepona and Puerto Banús on an elevated plot along the New Golden Mile, we will soon release a second phase of semidetached villas. South Bay is a beautiful boutique project of 45 elegant and spacious apartments and penthouses wonderfully positioned in an elevated setting in the heart of Estepona – affording fabulous sea views, first phase is almost sold out and we will be releasing the second phase soon.

We had a highly enjoyable and successful three days in Málaga, with a busy stand full of people interested in the fabulous projects we are excited to offer.

However, you don’t have to come to a property exhibition for us to tell you all about these great projects and more! Contact us and we would be delighted to provide further information.
