This is a fabulous new boutique development of 72 two, three and four bedroom modern apartments and penthouses, ideally located just ten minutes from both Estepona and Puerto Banús. The Master Plan, which began with this first phase of apartments, will be continued into the second phase of semi-detached homes situated in delightful leafy gardens with communal areas, a gym and a private club for residents. Set in an elevated position on the New Golden Mile means that there are wonderful views of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea, while being only a short drive to the beach and providing a peaceful haven just when it’s needed!
One purpose of the presentation was to inform collaborators about the next phase of Vanian Green Village soon to be released for sale. This will be a phase of semi-detached homes built to the same high standard and commitment for which the promoter, AEDAS HOMES, is rightly known.
We are also currently constructing a new sales office and show flat which will be an important support when presenting properties to our clients, as they will be able to see at first hand the quality of build and materials.
One of the big announcements made was of the signed agreement between AEDAS HOMES and La Resina Golf & Country Club to provide automatic membership of the club to Vanian Green owners. A huge benefit and selling point as there are many golf properties on the market, yet few with membership benefits.
La Resina Golf and Country Club is a relatively new club, being open since 2005, and so beautifully designed that it has been called ‘Little Augusta’ after the famous American course. Landscaped to make the most of the natural features and ancient olive trees, the tropical planting provides a stunning backdrop against which to play this lovely 9-hole course, a course of which Vanian Green Village owners can be proud to be a member!
However, this wasn’t the only good news we had to pass on! Vanian Green Village owners will also be able to take advantage of a dedicated concierge service, a great facility which means that whatever the owners’ needs, someone will be at the end of the line to help!
