We have watched construction taking place with mounting excitement, and are thrilled to now be able to invite selected guests to our Vanian Green Village show home and sales office.
On a beautiful sunny day in May, the Nvoga team welcomed special guests to view the completed construction. Silvia Sánchez, AEDAS Homes area director, greeted the Mayor of Estepona, José María García Urbano, presenting him both the show home and the Vanian Green Village project.
Ms. Sánchez stated, “Estepona is experiencing great development in all senses of the word, showing marvellous potential for residential growth with its excellent location on the Costa del Sol.” She went on to further emphasise the national constructor’s commitment to growth in this area. The mayor praised the scope of the project and asserted, “Vanian Green Village brings residential and business activity that spearheads continuing development for years to come, along with providing jobs for local people.”
Over 100 guests attended the opening, including members of the press, local and international real estate companies and politicians, as well as Nvoga MD José Carlos Léon and sales director Thomas Graham.
First phase already underway
Presenting the project to the press and public, Ms. Sánchez detailed the first phase of Vanian Green Village that is already underway following AEDAS Homes’s initial €18.8 million investment. This initial phase consists of 72 apartments and represents the beginning of an ambitious plan that will eventually encompass 285 homes. She pointed out the enviable location of the project that is placed on gently rolling hills with spectacular views to the sea, and the beach that is to be found just minutes away. Ms. Sánchez went on to emphasise a further benefit to owners – the close agreement reached with La Resina that offers owners a three year family membership to the exclusive golf and country club.
