The majority of the property under consideration is zoned for detached or attached single-family residential use, with a maximum of two floors and a development ratio of 24,64% in the current draft of the master plan. Some of the land is set aside for the development’s internal roads.

The general city master plan also allows for the zoning of properties larger than 25.000 m2 for multi-family residential use, with a maximum height of four stories. Once the environmental review is completed, the zoning will have to be decided in the master plan.
