What a year it’s been for Nvoga so far – and it’s still only July! With so many plans on the go it can be hard to keep track of progress, so here’s a round-up of all the great projects we currently have in development.
Work began on Vanian Green Village in March with work continuing apace. This project, together with the inauguration attended by the Mayor of Estepona, José García Urbano, has generated a great deal of interest and viewings by clients. We are so proud of this project that aims to build a community, not merely homes, with a Master Plan that envisions eight hundred households as well as recreation areas, commercial properties and schools.
Located next to La Resina Golf Club and Selwo Adventure Park, Vanian Green Village will be an urbanisation providing an enviable lifestyle to its new residents. The location is magnificent, close to Estepona and its wonderful beaches, as well as the glamorous Puerto Banus and the cosmopolitan city of Marbella a short drive away. We cannot wait to see our happy buyers move to their new home on the Costa of the sun!
Estepona has generated great interest in recent years, with initiatives such as ‘The Garden of the Costa del Sol’ that has transformed the seaside resort into a tourist and gastronomic centre. Our South Bay project is within walking distance to the centre of Estepona, on a hillside that offers spectacular panoramic views of the sea, with Gibraltar and the coast of Morocco in the distance. The construction of the show home in South Bay is advancing well, so much so that we hope to launch it very soon, as well as work on Phase 1 advancing well!
Close to the golf courses of Guadalmina and Atalaya, we reach Marques de Guadalmina. We are delighted to report that Phase I has already sold out, with only ten three-bedroom apartments remaining in Phase II. Construction has already begun on Phase II and we are looking forward to revealing the show flat, so that clients will be able to see for themselves the high quality of fixtures and fittings.
One of our most prestigious developments is La Cerquilla TerraEco World, a two villa project in an exclusive urbanisation in Nueva Andalucía. These villas are under construction to the highest environmental standards, with the aim of reduced energy consumption as well as using eco-friendly materials in their manufacture. We’re happy to report that one villa has already been sold, with progress of both well under way.
And what about the Belfry Nordic Collection, located in El Campanario Golf on the New Golden Mile, where the 10 Nordic design villas are already under construction, being finished to the highest of standards. Soon we will have one of the finished structures from where customers can contemplate the beautiful views of these villas.
Last but not least our star ICON ‘Signature Villas’ in Santa Clara Golf Resort, where we are already signing for the first ‘Signature Villas’. You are still in time to acquire the home of your dreams, for example Villa 20 decorated by the prestigious Pedro Peña and at a fabulous price, slightly above two million euros.
