José Carlos León, CEO of Nvoga Marbella Realty, has enjoyed a distinguished career of more than two decades in sales and marketing within the real estate sector.

José Carlos has not only excelled in shaping the trajectory of NVOGA Marbella Realty, but has also left his mark on the industry as a whole by being part of the creation of LPA (The Leading Property Agents of Spain) since 2020, just after the pandemic.

Thanks to his professional efforts in uniting the industry, José Carlos founded in 2018 the solidarity Association BUILDING THE FUTURE, dedicated to helping children in need both in Spain and Africa, where he has been able to build a school for over 320 pupils.

Over and beyond the years of experience I have had in the real estate sector, I have learnt to take advantage of the opportunity provided by my previous experience and today I can put into practice what I have learnt. in my years as a professional i have done training courses in Urbanism, Business Management and Management skills.

My philosophy is very simple, passion for my work, honesty, loyalty and enthusiasm in all the things in which I participate. I like to create a team, to train and to make the people next to me grow.
