Denise Schweitzer

Denise was born and raised in the beautiful coastal city of Marbella, Málaga. She pursued studies in Trade and Marketing, but from an early age, she knew that real estate was her true passion.

She began her career in the real estate industry in the rentals department, where she gained valuable experience before transitioning into property sales. This passion and dedication led her to become part of the NVOGA Developments team. With a deep appreciation for both exterior and interior design, she finds great fulfillment in seeing homes come to life, each with its own unique character and finish.

Denise takes great joy in being part of a company that gives back to those in need. She is especially proud of NVOGA’s initiative, Building the Future, which raise money to help Children´s Associations on Costa del Sol and in Uganda, where it funds a school for children, providing them with education and opportunities for a brighter future.

Coming from a multicultural background—her mother being Dutch and her father British/German—Denise has always been captivated by different cultures. This curiosity has fueled her love for travel, as discovering new destinations and connecting with people from around the world is one of her greatest joys.

By combining her expertise in real estate with her international perspective, Denise takes pride in helping clients find their perfect home while celebrating the beauty of diversity and cultural richness.
