I was born in Gran Canaria where I started my working life in the hotel and customer service industry, it was back then that I learn of the personal satisfaction when helping clients to enjoy there time with the least amount of worries. In 1998 I decided to experience life in England where I gained experience working in the Hotel, car and property industries.
In 2012 I had the great opportunity to join the staff of one of the biggest Football clubs in the world where I had the responsibility of finding solutions to all kind of family and personal needs to some of the most prestigious sportsman and Directors in the industry, an experience that gave me the knowledge to what are the needs and worries to those individuals when moving to an unknown area. It was during those years that I was lucky to meet some of the guys at NVOGA and see for myself the quality of their service and client care.
Now I embrace the challenge to set up using my previous experiences our new department that its so needed in Costa del Sol, CONCIERGE.
