Another exciting addition is the American chain Marriott’s upmarket W Resort Marbella, a €200 million hotel and residential resort on one of the last available beachside plots. The development will feature a luxury W hotel, 89 apartments, and 109 high-end residences, all managed by Marriott. These prestigious brand-name projects are expected to attract further investment, solidifying Marbella East’s position as a prime real estate hotspot.
