… That our CEO José Carlos Leon founded the company at the height of the financial crisis in 2008? Surprisingly, he saw an opportunity amidst the obstacles and began his journey by redeveloping bank repossessions. NVOGA then became specialised in the repurposing, marketing, and sales of developments, eventually making the transition into new build projects.
José Carlos, born and bred in Marbella, celebrates his roots deeply anchored in the local property landscape and is proud of the opportunity to strengthen the local economy and offer employment to local residents.

Throughout its history, NVOGA has consistently prioritised client needs, and this has proved to be a crucial pillar in our success. 2020 saw us celebrating moving to our prestigious central Marbella flagship office on the Paseo Marítimo at Avda.
