In spite of all the challenges we have all had to deal with in the past two years, Nvoga is very grateful to look back upon a very good 2021. Of course, we, our colleagues within the LPA, our suppliers and collaborators have worked very hard to achieve this feat, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them and our clients for a great year of fruitful cooperation!
The demand for the properties and lifestyle offered by Marbella and the Costa del Sol is stronger than ever, perhaps because quality of life is now truly valued. This, along with modern technological tools made it possible to sell Costa del Sol properties online to overseas clients – a trend that was promulgated by Covid but will continue to grow in the future.
Successful projects sold out
2021 was also the year in which Nvoga Homes and Developments completed the sales of a series of varied but equally appealing modern new-build projects on the Costa del Sol:

- West Beach – Estepona
- Marein Banus – Cortijo Blanco, Puerto Banús
- Oasis 22 – La Resina Golf, Estepona
- Flamingos 130 – Los Flamingos, Benahavis
These tasteful developments of apartments, villas and also modern townhouses and semi-detached houses were so popular among international and local buyers because of their attractive styling, build quality, amenities, finishing and of course top location – all features which we demand in any new real estate developments we offer to our clients.
Another example of this is the fact that we took on an older apartment that had been for sale for three years, decorated it in a more contemporary style and sold it within one week of completing the HomeStaging—a service we offer to Nvoga Homes clients to help bridge the visual gap between new and existing properties.
Our Concierge department has also worked hard this year with the new Icon villas being delivered to their happy owners, we have assured that all their needs (supplies, purchases, decoration, gardening, etc) were fulfilled.
Also, the Rentals department at Nvoga is more consolidated than ever thanks to a doing an excellent job, and many property owners and tenants who trust us to find their new home or rent their property.
Nvoga, however, continues to be a specialist in new-build projects on the Costa del Sol, and this year we were closely involved in the launch of three exciting new developments:
Individual in style and character, these attractive modern homes have received critical and popular acclaim too, building upon the positive prospects for 2022, a year in which we also wish to continue to develop our relationship with the leading legal and financial institutions, expand the collaboration within the LPA (Leading Property Agents of Spain) and offer ever-better service to our clients.
It is also at this time of year that we are mindful of the things to be grateful for, and begin working on giving something back – in this case the Solidarity Padel Tournament organised for the real estate sector on the Costa del Sol and in aid of educational programmes in Uganda, a project we are directly and personally involved in, as well as other local organisations that have received our help such as CADI and Debra – Piel de Mariposa in Marbella, Fuensocial and AVOI.
