The eager Nvoga team has been working with the boundless energy that comes with the knowledge of having great projects to present, and they have been travelling to highlight both ongoing projects and announce new ones.
The first stop was SIMA (Salón Inmobiliario Internacional Madrid), where our CEO José Carlos León and Sales Manager Thomas Graham teamed up with the promotor Adaptis to unveil ORION Río Real, an exciting new apartment complex in a fabulous location close to the eponymous golf course and some of the best beaches (and beach clubs) in Marbella. The boutique development of two and three bedroom luxury homes is stylishly contemporary, and we were excited to show it to the public alongside the promoter.
Our next trip saw José Carlos and Thomas participate in the tenth Day of Residential Tourism sponsored by Andalucía Inmobiliaria, at the exclusive Hotel Villa Padierna in Los Flamingos Golf. The mayor of Estepona, José Mª García Urbano, among other distinguished guests, presided over an interesting discussion on the topic of Sustainable Development, where it was noted that investment in construction projects must have the full backing of local people to be successful, as is the case with Estepona. The mayor, who also participated in the launch of our Vanian Green Village development, pointed out that while Estepona has always had a wonderful climate and good beaches to offer, it was notable that successful projects such as Vanian Green Village were being undertaken thoughtfully and with a sustainable future in mind, and that it is this which adds value.
Later in June, our intrepid team headed by our colleague Marina Gallardo together with AEDAS Homes – one of the sponsors of the event and the promotor of Vanian Green Village and South Bay – to the Interex Forum held at the Palacio de Congresos in Málaga. The event presented a chance to participate in one of the largest international networking events in Spain, with delegates representing established foreign companies as well as smaller niche businesses hailing from forty different countries around the world. We were delighted to be given the opportunity to present our exclusive projects to such a varied and interested public.
Nvoga also attended the Dom3 III International Architecture Prize Awards 2018 held at Cortijo San Francisco Estepona, on the 14th of June 2018, which project ¨Terral & Virazón¨ created by the architects Alejandro Martin and David Tuan Huynh Duc, was the winner.
It’s been a busy June, but nonetheless very satisfying to convey our passion for the great projects we have both in development and at the beginning of their journey. If you are interested in any of our new projects, please contact us to discuss them further.
