AEDAS Homes, a national real estate company recently launched on the Spanish stock exchange, already has a strong interest in the area. Nvoga is the sole marketing agent for two of their projects in Estepona: Vanian Green Village, with a projected total of 285 units to be developed in consecutive phases, and South Bay with 47 homes. AEDAS also controls plots in this area to allow development of a further 375 units.
The AEDAS Homes CEO, David Martínez avowed the company’s commitment to Andalucía, indeed he went as far as to say that this region, and the Costa del Sol in particular, presents a strategic importance to the company. AEDAS announced plans for expansion that counts a further 2,600 homes over 346,797m2 across the Costa del Sol. The company, which is backed by American investment fund Castlelake LP, declared the cost of the investment to be more than €950 million. Areas of particular interest are Estepona, Fuengirola, Marbella and La Zagaleta, with a commitment to construction modern and sustainable property.
Sr. Martínez noted that Andalucía was particularly attractive to foreign buyers, with 70% of property sales being to buyers from abroad. The Costa del Sol region in particular shows “a strong demand for new build for first time as well as second home buyers.” He underlined that “this presents a great opportunity” for AEDAS to position the company on an international level and pledged to utilise the best architects to build the best homes in the best locations where “our highest priority is the wellbeing of our clients, our mission being to build homes that contribute to improving people’s lives.”
Sr. Martínez was accompanied by Silvia Sánchez, the regional director of AEDAS as well as Operations Director Alberto Delgado, with well-known Malagueño journalist Domi del Postigo acting as MC.
We were honoured to be part of this event and are looking forward to working with AEDAS to achieve their aims as they continue to grow in this region. www.nvoga.com
