Nvoga is going on the road!

Sales of off-plan properties suffered a slump after the 2008 slow-down, however we are pleased to report that we are seeing great demand for new property on the Costa del Sol. The call for new homes has also brought a new aesthetic – that of a modern, contemporary style of architecture that owes more to Scandinavian design: bright, clean lines, open interiors and light-flooded rooms.

Indeed, the Scandinavian market is one of the most buoyant on the coast, with many taking advantage of the relatively good value of property in comparison to their home countries and buying a holiday home in the sun.Nvoga has a number of developments currently under construction or in the planning stage, which more than fulfil these requirements. Our brief is to provide dwellings of an exceptional quality with great attention to detail. We believe that this fits exactly with the requirements of the Scandinavian market and to this end, we will be attending the prestigious property exhibitions Buying Properties Abroad in the region throughout the autumn.

We are excited to start on 23^rd – 24^th September in Stockholm, the largest and most visited exhibition of its kind in the Nordic region.  With a Kids Corner organised to look after the little ones, parents are free to come and visit us in their own time!

Belgium is next on our itinerary where we will be exhibiting in Amberes on the 7^th October. The exhibitions team is lead by Nvoga company director José Carlos León who will be accompanied by two sales consultants. We are looking forward to catching up with clients old and new at this venue.

From here, we head back to Scandinavia and Malmö on the 21^st – 22^nd October. This venue was added to the Scandinavian exhibition itinerary due to strong demand from exhibitors in 2007, owing to both its closeness to Denmark, and the wealthy region of Skåne.
